Typing Games is now a menu of four independent experiences. Each game has its own page, clear instructions, and six interface languages.
Wordfall Reactor
Connect letters on a word board against the computer. Starts with 95 everyday words; TEKS science, math, and social studies vocabulary is optional. Hints give definitions, leaving you to find the word and its placement.
Story Sprint
Type passages with speed, accuracy, and character feedback. Import classroom text locally; paste and drag/drop are blocked in scored practice. Choose Next passage when you finish.
Paws & Keys Adventure
Meet kittens and puppies in a gentle adventure for ages 4–9, with 12 progressive trails, four worlds, finger hints, and saved stars.
Pick practice that fits the learner
- Ages 4–9: Paws & Keys begins with gentle keyboard practice and progresses through 12 trails. There is no time limit or lost lives.
- Vocabulary and strategy: Wordfall Reactor defaults to everyday English words. Switch to TEKS vocabulary by subject and grade band, or use a definition clue and work out the answer yourself. The optional word bank supports guided practice.
- Arcade practice: Cipher Chase combines typing, steering, shields, and rechargeable smoke. Successful typed targets flash a definition. Use Test sound to check playback.
- Accuracy and fluency: Story Sprint lets teachers import TXT, CSV, JSON, or XLSX passages without uploading files. Practice requires typing; the passage importer still accepts pasted text.
English vocabulary, six interface languages
Instructions and controls offer English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Chinese, and Hindi/Urdu. The TEKS bank contains 72 representative terms across science, math, and social studies/history in grade bands 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12, with original definitions and links to TEA standards. It is a curated practice bank, not an exhaustive curriculum. Wordfall’s regular set and Paws & Keys practice English; Cipher Chase’s General typing words option follows the interface language.
Practice data stays in the browser. No game account is needed. Stars and best scores are saved on the current device.
New links and current downloads
The menu and each game use title-matching URLs. Old game links redirect until April 8, 2027; afterward they show a manual link to the new page.
The full DrawSplat and Games module v3.1.29 downloads include the four games, generated artwork, regular and TEKS word banks, language files, and import dependencies. Extract the complete package and use its Python 3 local launcher, or serve it from your own web server. Keep the supplied folder paths intact.
