The supplied Arkansas form allows another district to accept the provider’s General Offer of Privacy Terms when the originating agreement and provider offer have been signed. The subscribing district must follow the form’s acceptance and notice requirements; its service scope and data categories must also be confirmed. An unsigned template is not an existing agreement.
