Use this form to ask the school to view, export, correct, or delete your student’s work, to pause an account, to report a safety concern, or to ask a privacy question. You will receive an email confirmation, and the school will respond after verifying your relationship to the student.

What happens next

How requests are handled

  1. You receive an email confirmation with a ticket number.
  2. The school’s compliance contact is notified.
  3. The school verifies your relationship to the student. The simplest method is a one-time code your student’s teacher can issue through the school’s normal parent-communications channel.
  4. Verified requests are approved, denied, or escalated. Every step is recorded.
  5. You receive a response by email. Data exports and deletions are completed by a school administrator.
